There were days during my recovery from long COVID that I felt utterly spent — physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Lying in a hospital bed, I wondered if I’d ever stand again, drive again, or teach my grandchildren about God’s faithfulness.
But it was during those quiet, fearful hours that God showed me faith isn’t about feeling strong. It’s about trusting Him when I’m at my weakest. His presence never left. His promises never failed. And slowly, hope returned.
Faith doesn’t take away the pain of life’s trials. But it changes how we walk through them — with courage, with peace, and with purpose far beyond what we can see today.
